Ok. After much trial and error trying to get my google version of the video working, It is finally working.
It was quite simple in the end, just had to turn off the tinyMCE wysiwyg editor. The only tricky part of that was where to turn it off. I originally tried under options| writing and took the check box out of “Use TinyMCE for all users”. But that did not do it. I finally found the answer quite by accident. I clicked on the Help question mark in the editor and there it was. You have to go in to Users and uncheck the box under the profile at the bottom of the page where it says “Use the visual rich editor when writing
“. Then just paste in the text exactly how google provided it. Video.Google.com is a free service in which you submit your video in any format and in a couple of days google will review it , and convert it to a flash format that plays in their free player. A reference to the site provided by google is all that is needed to embed the video right into your web page. Cool huh ?
Well without further adieu (I hope I spelled that correctly) here it is. Enjoy

Keep it up. I’m interested to see what you have next month.
Only suggestion… if you are having someone help with some cue cards off to one side… see if you can get them closer to the camera. Kinda weird having you look off to the side and not at the camera.
It looks like a new venture for you… keep with it and I think it will work.
