The editing is done , the sweat is wiped from my brow and the video of chinese pepper steak prep and cooking is complete.
In order to make the clips smaller and make viewing more flexible, I split this into two videos. The first one is the prep work, chopping the vegetables and making the marinade. If you are skilled in these tasks, you can skip the prep video and head straight to the meat .

Now before you flood me with comments there are a few things to note about this video. First of all I tried a new technique. I filmed the prep work without any voice instructions, figuring that I could voice over later. That was a mistake, the voice over proved more difficult that I thought. Not the technical part , but the quality and sound level were hard to get correct. It didn’t help that the microphone was not the best quality. Secondly the camera placement was bad, and I had to cross in front of the camera on several occasions and there was not a good angle on the Wok. I am working on solving these issues on the next video. With that said, please leave any comments you like, try to make them constructive so I can improve future content.
