One of my favorite Italian classics is Mussels Marinara. Fortunately it is one of my daughter’s favorites as well, she is very picky

Anyway back to the video. As you can tell, if you have viewed any of the videos on this site, I like quick easy recipes, and I don’t mind using shortcuts like canned vegetables. After a hard day’s work , who wants to slave over a stove for hours?
Cooking should be fun, so I recommend not working too hard and not taking yourself too seriously when cooking at home for friends and family. This is probably the reason I don’t do this for a living. I would hate to have cooking be like work.
So get yourself a nice red wine and a crusty loaf of Italian bread and enjoy my version of Mussels Marinara.
P.S. Thanks to my wife and daughter for helping out on the camera work. You will notice my wife doubling as a tripod in the background.
