Get into that kitchen and rattle some pots and pans. That’s what I do in this video, sorry I’m a noisy cook. Hopefully the subtitles will help.
The dish I am preparing is a quick and easy version of Chicken Marsala. This was totally unscripted, as if you couldn’t tell. I thought about what was in my refrigerator and decided that I need to use those mushrooms I bought last week. Yes they were still good. Mushrooms will keep very well in the fridge as long as you leave them sealed in the package.
I went back to a single camera for simplicity, pardon the offscreen action, but the real action is in the pan.
Keep an eye out for my biggest fan at the end of the video.
I am in a cooking mood this week, so I may shoot another cooking video tomorrow.

The recipe looks fun and easy. Too bad I hate mushrooms!

That is too bad, because mushrooms are very nutritious.
I suppose you can use any other vegetable. Zucchini and ocra would be my first choice. I’m not sure how those flavors would meld with Marsala wine though. Onions and Bell peppers might work too.
