Hello folks! Ready for another thrilling episode of free cooking videos? What will he screw up this time?
Doing videos like this in my own kitchen, I don’t get the luxury of multiple attempts at a meal, because I literally have to eat my mistakes. So far that has not been disasterous, but if that happens I promise to show it to you , even if I have to put it on a bloopers video. Don’t you wish you could see that on the television cooking shows ? Now I’m not saying I don’t edit out small mistakes, I do, but I have not shot a video where the meal was totally ruined. That may be because I have stuck to dishes I have made many times, but as I run out of those, I will have to venture out into the unknown and untried. That will be fun and I look foward to showing you those videos.

I also have been working without a script, so I make several mistakes and just keep on going, I think it makes it more real that way. Like I said before I have to eat my mistakes, and I don’t want to end up covering more of the screen than I already do, so I’ll have to be extra carefull.
