<p>In the meantime I am posting as much of that content here, as I can. </p>
<p>Here is my latest video showing my version of pesto. </p>
<p>Sorry it is a little Dark, I tried using ambient light without any supplemental lights. While it looked good on the playback it did<br />
not convert well into streaming format.</p>
<p>But it is viewable and the pesto tastes great.</p>

4-5 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 pound of spaghetti or linguini
1 28-32 oz can of crushed tomatoes
1tsp basil
1tsp oregano


1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup red wine or beer (optional)










Instructions
Wash mussels thoroughly,discarding any dead mussels.
Set aside in bowl in the refrigerator. Drain off excess water.
Place spaghetti or linguini in a large pot of boiling, salted water.

<h3>Instructions</h3>

In a separate pot on medium heat, add olive oil, garlic, crushed tomatoes and spices. Cook covered for 5 minutes.<br />
Uncover sauce and add wine or beer if desired.<br />
Carfully add mussels and avoid splashing into the sauce. (It&#8217;s Hot !)<br />
Cover and turn heat to high and cook another 6-7 minutes or until all the mussels are open.<br />
Drain the pasta and add some of the sauce to prevent sticking.<br />
Place pasta in large bowl and pour the contents of the pot containing the mussels on top.</p>

<p>1. Marinate steak for 15 minutes.<br />
2. Swirl and stir fry garlic, ginger and scallions for 30 seconds<br />
3. With slotted spoon ,reserving the marinade, add half the steak and stir fry for 3 minutes. Remove and set aside. Repeat with remaining half.<br />
4 Add oil and stir fry onion and green peppers for 2 minutes.<br />
5. Push vegetables to sides of Wok. Add marinade to center of wok and stir fry until thickened and bubbly.<br />
6. Blend in vegetables, add steak and heat thoroughly.

Transfer to storage container and refrigerate at least one half hour. Serve with tortilla chips and garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs if desired.</p>
